bitside retreats

01 Application
Whether for a job posting or as an unsolicited application, your application process begins with an email to jobs@bitside.de. You will receive feedback from us within five business days after submitting your application.
02 Getting to know each other
If there is mutual interest, we will schedule a meeting so that we can get to know each other personally. Whether online or in person, the first personal conversation is essential to see if we are a good fit for each other.
03 Coding challenge
After the first meeting, we will have a small coding challenge for you that should take no more than an hour of your time. You can complete the challenge at your convenience and in the programming language of your choice.
04 Final interview
After you have submitted your code to us, you will receive feedback from us within five days, and if there is mutual interest, we will schedule a final interview.
