Challenge

The manual transfer of delivery notes and certificates sent via email into the company's ERP system is time-consuming and prone to errors. Due to a lack of resources in the customer’s IT department, the process could not be automated.

Solution

In close collaboration with the customer, a comprehensive feasibility analysis was conducted. Through customized PDF scraping, a quickly and effectively implemented solution was developed for productive use to eliminate manual entry.
