The complexity of printing rules in an ongoing client project exceeded the capabilities of the existing printing system. The need for a new platform for centralized data preparation and regulation, taking into account the sales requirements, became clear. Speed and completeness in the implementation of the new platform were of the utmost importance. The focus was on scalability and performance.
Solution
Through intensive communication with the involved departments, a centralized printing model was quickly defined, and the platform was implemented on time. Acting as a mediator between sales platforms, data systems, and printing systems, we were able to identify and eliminate friction points.
